The Makiwara Large Sand Bag is a sand fillable, 3-section canvas Makiwara. When filled with sand via rear zipper access, the three sections become a firm striking target. This item comes complete with 2 hanging hooks and printed guide lines for various strike types. The Makiwara is best hung against a solid wall to prevent any swinging upon striking.
