The Makiwara small Sand Bag is a sand fillable, 1 section canvas Makiwara. When filled with sand via rear zipper access, the sections become a firm striking target. Complete with 3 hanging hooks, the Makiwara is best hung against a solid wall to prevent any swinging upon striking.
