The Native Tongue Percussion RhymStryker is a patented drum rim mounting and hand striking system for use with NTP RhymBlocks and RhymBells. The RhymStryker mounting system allows for quickly mounting NTP RhymBlocks and RhymBells in any position around the drum rim with height adjustability to place the hand striker at a suitable position and height above the rim for finger or palm play, enabling the player to incorporate woodblock and cowbell patterns simultaneously into their two-handed drum playing without the interruption of having to pick up, hold in hand, and place back down a striking stick. The RhymStryker is designed with a universal mounting system with interchangeable boots to adapt to a wide variety of hand drum rims including traditional, comfort curve, and rope tuned hoops. RhymStrykers are constructed from durable reinforced nylon. They are engineered for an impactful hand strike to produce an effective tone like striking with a stick, able to cut through a sound mix. The RhymStryker comes with 2 interchangeable striking tips offering a darker or brighter tone. The RhymStryker has padded hand striking surfaces for comfortable play.
